Symptoms started 25 Jan 22
Day 1: felt a bit off. 23 month old rapid tested positive Sunday (23 January 22) so I knew it was game on for all of us. He was listless and super needy for mama. Spiked a fever and his nose was runny.
Day 2: slight pressure in the ears, nose definitely feels funny inside way up in the back. The only way I can describe my chest is it feels like negative pressure inside. Mid back and shoulder muscles feel achy. I have an odd desire to pull out my karate keiko-gi and practice kata. I'm also oddly gleeful, competitive even, to sail thru this easily to prove my wife wrong that being vaxfree will make this an awful experience for me. I'm confident I'm right that maxvax fare worse subjectively due to @pianopsych's OAS.
Day 2a: I've been taking Advil and drinking green tea/camomile mix because I heard green tea is anti inflammatory. Wife made chicken soup for kiddo which I'm now chowing down on. Definite protein craving. Wife hid the gin saying I need to avoid crushing my immune system with alcohol.
Day 2b: spiked a fever of 38.6°c around 930. The usual uncontrollable shivering coupled with chills. A hot shower solved that along with Advil. Spent the rest of the night until midnight sleeping fitfully.

I used this recipe but subbed spelt for the all purpose flour. I used simple pizza sauce for the base and added mozzarella I had in the fridge and dried basil.
My only recommendation is using 3/4 of the dough for the crust because it rises a bit and the 12" pizza pan is a tad too small for the amount of dough as I prefer a thin crust pizza.
Turned out pretty good.
Next one I'm making that 2 ingredient mozzarella for the topping and fresh basil.
