Wife is maxvaxed and boosted once a year ago. Happy anniversary, btw. It's been one year to the day since I cleared covid for the first time.
Wife has resumed her fitness journey now that the boy is weaned. I'm not sure if it's her hormones that are causing this or maybe her age. When you go to Orange Theory you wear a heart monitor as part of the program. Her BMP are about 10-15% higher than normal, even for being back to square 1 for working out. Plus, her resting heart rate is higher. She suspects her blood pressure is higher than it should be but hasn't bothered to check. She also got hammered with a cold that seems to be hitting her harder than it should as I barely have sniffles.
Sister-in-law is getting more tests done. No news on that front.
While I feel vindicated, it feels hollow. Nobody is going to connect any dots and I suspect anything I say will be dismissed as confirmation bias. I haven't been posting much on CWSA and I've been totally neglecting here. I'll step it up as I suspect there's another societal event looming. Maybe this is what PTSD feels like. A buddy of mine who got blown up in Afghanistan told me it took him a while to get over the "sweep and clear" mentality in grocery stores and other public places. All I do is look around and I know exactly who the cowards are.

I used this recipe but subbed spelt for the all purpose flour. I used simple pizza sauce for the base and added mozzarella I had in the fridge and dried basil.
My only recommendation is using 3/4 of the dough for the crust because it rises a bit and the 12" pizza pan is a tad too small for the amount of dough as I prefer a thin crust pizza.
Turned out pretty good.
Next one I'm making that 2 ingredient mozzarella for the topping and fresh basil.
