I found another Instagram recipe I wanted to try. Creamy salmon pasta.
It's pretty easy. 2 salmon fillets, spinach, tomatoes, a brick of cream cheese, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, 4 cloves garlic. Bake at 400 for 25 mins.
I made the same pasta as the last recipe. Just 1.5c of flour with two eggs, salt and olive oil.
After baking the salmon in the oven I used a potato smasher to mush everything together and dumped the pasta on top to mix it all together.
It turned out pretty amazing.

I decided to day drink wine and got to thinking about something I've never made before. I decided to combine elements from different recipes that I thought would taste good together.
(1/x)I started with the pasta. Super simple recipe. 2.5c flour, 2 whole eggs, 3 yolks, dash of salt and 1 tsp of olive oil. Start like the pic, scramble in the flour bowl, then gradually incorporate the flour into it's all mixed together. Knead for 10 minutes then put in a plastic wrap for an hour. After the hour roll it and cut into whatever style you want.
