Normally I download the reels from Instagram to post here. This one isn't downloadable so I'll post the link. Don't bother trying to add me, my adds are for people I know in real life.

Saw this one on Instagram. Get the silicon muffin cups, fill with whatever you want. I used whipped eggs, bacon bits, peppers, garlic powder, cheese, paprika.
Put in sauce pan and fill with just a bit of water, up to 1/3 of the muffin cup or the water will boil and run over into the cup. Turn on high to boil with lid on the sauce pan. Cook for 20 mins with the lid on.
I found another Instagram recipe I wanted to try. Creamy salmon pasta.
It's pretty easy. 2 salmon fillets, spinach, tomatoes, a brick of cream cheese, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, 4 cloves garlic. Bake at 400 for 25 mins.
I made the same pasta as the last recipe. Just 1.5c of flour with two eggs, salt and olive oil.
After baking the salmon in the oven I used a potato smasher to mush everything together and dumped the pasta on top to mix it all together.
It turned out pretty amazing.
